Terms of sale and delivery

Each title may exist as a paperback and as a digital book. They are two separate products, each with its own price: you can buy one, the other, or both.

A “pack” discount may apply when both editions of the same book (same language) are bought together; it is shown in the cart before payment.

Paperback availability depends on stock. If the paperback is unavailable, the digital edition may still be available.

Prices are in US dollars (USD); display in another currency is an indicative conversion. The exact amount is the one in your cart, verified by the server at payment time.

Online payment (bank card, MTN MoMo, Orange Money) is processed by our payment partner Flutterwave or by the operator concerned, on a secure page: this site never sees or stores your card number. You can also pay by manual Mobile Money transfer or, for paperback books delivered locally, on delivery.

Your order is confirmed once payment is validated. You receive a confirmation e-mail.

Local delivery (reference country: TG) is carried out by an independent courier in the zones offered at checkout, with a fee specific to each zone.

Depending on the zone and amount, cash on delivery may be offered. In that case we call you to confirm the order before dispatch and you pay the courier on receipt.

Tracking: you are informed by e-mail and on the “My orders” page at each step (being prepared, handed to courier, delivered, delivery failed, returned, cancelled).

International delivery is made by carrier (for example DHL) to the countries offered at checkout. Online payment is required before dispatch. Fees depend on the country and parcel weight.

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees of the destination country, if any, are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price.

A tracking number is provided once the parcel ships. Some countries or products may be subject to restrictions: if we cannot deliver, we will contact you for a refund or an alternative.

After payment is validated, a personal download link is e-mailed to the address you provided. Check your spam folder; the link can also be found in “My orders”.

A digital book is content supplied immediately: by ticking the checkout box you request immediate download and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the link is provided.

A digital book is for your personal use. Copying, sharing or reselling it without the author's permission is illegal and exposes you to legal action.

Paperback: you may ask to cancel as long as the order has not shipped. For any return or claim (damaged parcel, wrong book), contact us promptly; the law of your country may grant you a withdrawal period.

A refund is made through the payment method used when the order is cancelled or returned under the conditions above.

The information you enter (name, e-mail, phone, address) is used only to process and deliver your order and to keep you informed of its progress.
